SO I’M BACK ON THE HEALTHY BANDWAGON.

WENT TO THE GYM, SWIMMING AND YOGA YESTERDAY FOR LIKE 4 AND A HALF HOURS!

THOUGHT I WOULD BE KNACKERED THIS MORNING. BUT REALLY NOT! :)

GONE BACK DOWN TO MY LOWEST WEIGHT SO FAR :)
